The info desk is located in the north part of the central hall of the passenger terminal. It is situated between the check-in counters and the access control in the Departures section. The friendly staff will, upon request, provide you with the right landing and departure times for your flight and provide assistance with details regarding your travel. The info desk is also a place of contact if you, as a passenger with reduced mobility or special needs, need necessary assistance from our trained staff.

Tabacco S Press
It is situated in the southern part of the passenger terminal, in the arrival hall.
You’ll find anything from tobacco, electronic recharge for mobile networks (Telenor, Telekom and M: tel) books, DVDs and CDs as well as consumer goods.
Tabacco Shop
You’ll find here all the little things you need before the trip! The Tabacco Shop is located in the north end of the central hall of the passenger terminal, near the passenger registration desk.
Coffee Cake Bakery
Located in the central part of the passenger departure terminal. The working hours of the bar in the passenger terminal are adjusted to the opening hours of the airport, while the bar in the office building is open from 7 am to 3 pm on weekdays.
Business Lounge
Depending on the airline, the passengers in the first and business class, the passengers with a certain number of gathered miles during previous flights, holders of certain credit cards, as well as their guests who travel on the same flight, can use the services of the business lounge at the Podgorica Airport.
You can get a voucher for using the business lounge at the airline counter, The business lounge is available after passing all controls.
The business lounge is located in the departure hall and is opened for use two hours before the planned aircraft departure time.
VIP lounges
The VIP service provided by Airport Podgorica includes:
- use of VIP lounges,
- quick passage through security, customs and passport control,
- registration for a flight at the VIP terminal,
- VIP parking is provided on arrival and/or departure in front of the VIP terminal,
- if necessary or upon request, transportation from aircraft to VIP terminals and vice versa (note: private vehicles are not allowed on the platform).
Lost and Found
In case of mishandled, damaged and/or stolen baggage, or loss of personal belongings, you can contact us at the Lost and Found counter.
It is necessary to submit the slips of mishandled baggage and the air ticket containing the routing information to the officer at the counter. In order to make the search faster and more efficient, it is necessary that you also know the basic characteristics of the baggage, such as type, manufacturer and colour.
In case your airline does not provide the delivery of baggage to a temporary or permanent address, you have to come personally to Airport Podgorica to take over the baggage yourself.
If your airline provides luggage delivery, your luggage may be delivered to a temporary or permanent address in the territory of Montenegro, with customs formalities regulated on your behalf.
To take over the baggage, it is necessary that you take over your passport (or personal identity card – only for citizens of Serbia) and pay the necessary fees if the customs regulations require that. The delivered baggage can be taken over also by a family member, if he/she submits together with your documents also his/her personal documents and the key if the baggage has been locked.
Depending on the airline, you can also choose the way of getting a notification about taking over the baggage upon its arrival (telephone call or SMS).

Ambulance
As a form of our additional protection, passengers at Podgorica Airport also have an outpatient medical service, which is operated by an on duty doctor and a medical technician. The main dispensary rooms are located within the administrative and office building in the controlled area, while in order to make it easier for all passengers and visitors in the uncontrolled area, a viewing room is also available in the “Arrivals” section of the south hall of the passenger terminal.

The outpatient clinic provides care services for the reception and dispatch of sick passengers as well as emergency medical assistance.
